Cannot enable "To" email field

When creating a "To" field in the Wizard email settings, the "Enabled" drop down is grayed out and stuck on "No", so no emails can be sent out.

Hi dmsflash,

Please read the Email tutorial from the tutorials link above. You need to have a full set of To, Subject, From Name and From Email (either static or dynamic) before you can enable an email.
