Not all records are filled with data

Hello,

In some strange (for me though) way not all records of my form are filled with data. I attached a printscreen that explains the problem I hope.

So I'm looking for a way to make sure the form-items 6 till 10 are saved in the db as well.

I've no idea, the info is being submitted by the form OK (all the fields). So something is happening before the data is saved. I wonder if the problem is with the checkbox value not being escaped.

Please turn on Site Debug on the Sire Global Admin, submi the form and look for the SQL statement that is submitting the data - that may give us a clue.

thanks for reply. I guess it had to do with the fact that the form was a tweeked copy of another form. I now made a totally new one and now database works perfect.
