Can Chronoforms register users for Wordpress?

I am currently reworking my website. I already have my site setup to show my wordpress blog within the template that I am currently using. Now is there a way to use the Chronoforms registration setup for allowing users to register to post to my wordpress blog?

Theoretically - it's almost certainly possible. Practically I have no idea how to do it.

I have very limited experience with WordPress - are there any simple login /registration modules that we could look at?
