assigning email templates

I have a form with a "To:" field and later added a "dynamic to:" field. A new template window/editor was added for the new email field but only the first one works. From searching the forum, I understand there should be some "on submit" code but it was not automatically added. Is this something I need to do myself and if so, can someone give me some example code?

What do you need to do here? Are you sending two different emails? Or one email to two addresses?

Bob,
What is happening now is that the same email goes to two addresses. I would like a different email to go to the second address but only the first template goes to both. I would like the second template to go to the second address.

Hi Rick,

OK - do you have all four fields in the second Email setup? and is it enabled (with a green background)?

If so, please turn on Debug and post the code you see after submitting the form here.

You solved my problem with the first line of the post. It is obvious now, but I didn't realize I had to make a new email setup, I had just added an additional email to the first one.
