I'm running an older version of ChronoForms 2.3.8 on Joomla 1.0. I have an odd issue, or I just don't understand what I'm missing. The form has an option to upload files. If no file is uploaded, an email is sent and received without issue. If a file is uploaded, it is received, but no email is sent.
Is this just a setting I am missing, any help would be appreciated I'm going crazy trying to figure it out. Here is the debug log, somewhat anonymized. First one is with file upload, second is without.

maybe its a file permissions issue, check the uploaded files permissions and try to change them, this may be tricky and environment dependent if its the case so you may need an advise from your host admin!
