image verification not refresh

hi,
the captcha image verification is not refresh when the form is loading
it's always loading the same image(from browser cache)
I have to press Ctrl-F5 to reload the image with the new one
How to refresh the image everytime the form refresh ?

does this happen with all browsers or you tested with one browser only ?
