PHP striping styling and more

fullfusion 22 May, 2009
Hello,

I'm working on a clients site (Joomla 1.0.15, ChronoForms 2.3.9) attempting to use the reCAPTCHA code as you insturcted here. I followed all the insturction posted there and the result is my form on a blank white page without and reCAPTCHA code or submit button. If I remove the code from my Form HTML the styling and other page content (header, footer, left column) all comes back. Any ideas why the PHP in the Form code would strip out the styling and other content?

Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,

The code there is all for Joomla 1.5 = you'll need to convert it back to Joomla 1.0 (or, better, get the client to upgrade).

Thanks Bob,

Do you have any suggestions on how I would go about converting it back to 1.0?

Hi fullfusion,

Sorry, no - I took a look and it uses too many features of ChronoForms that only exist in the Joomla 1.5 versions. It would mean a complete re-write and I'm afraid that's a very low priority given that Joomal 1.0 is now pretty much at the end of its life.

Ok, thanks for taking a look, Bob.
