Insert Form in an Article

ajmac 20 May, 2009
I am simply trying to create a link to the form I've created in Forms manager. Any one know how to do this?

Hi ajmac,

if you are creating only a "link" then you can get the link which is beside the form name in the forms manager!

however if you are trying to

Insert Form in an Article

then you need to use the chronoforms plugin/mambot and enable it and use the formula {chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact}

Hi,

I have the same problem, or question lets say.

I installed mambot plugin however i cant see it under installed plugins. I tried installing again and it tells me its installed. What can be the problem? And i only need to put {chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact} into the article and thats it? Because i put it and nothing comes out...

Hi burak,

You need to publish the mambot too.

Perhaps it's on the second page? Or you have a filter applied to the list?

Hi I too am having problems using the :

{chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact} notation. Im bein told:

"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management "

The form is called competition, it has been published as has the chronoontact plugin, chronoforms module, and the chronocontact component is viewable under the component menu.

Have you any idea why this is not working?
