locked myself out

I installed a module and a plugin which when I enabled it locked me out of my site. I can get to the URL (public) but that is it.

I'll pay someone to help me with this as I don't want to start over.

do you have phpmyadmin access ? find the plugins table and force this plugin status to be disabled or not published ?
