Change Calendar Date Format - Chronoforms 3.1 / Joomla 1.5

dbirchmier 15 May, 2009
Hey there,
I'm wanting to change the built in JS calendars date format from: dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy

I located this thread: http://www.chronoengine.com/forums/index.php?option=com_chronoforums&cont=posts&f=2&t=7119&hilit=calendar+format -- but it appears to be referencing an older version of Chronoforms, when the calendar wasn't built in/didn't come packaged with Chronoforms.

I've attempted to locate the area to change the date in /components/com_choronocontact/js/calendar.js & calendar2.js but haven't had any luck.

Thanks for the advice on this matter!

Hi dbirchmier,

There's a setting on the Form General Tab called Date Format: set it to m/d/Y I think

Damn!
I figured it out moments after posting and wrote out this huge long topic praising Chronoforms and hit submit and it asked me to log in (again)!

That's what I get for not copying before posting!

Suffice it to say, you guys rock!
