Sending form to e-mail address with filtering settings.

Hi,

I have a problem sending form data to e-mail addresses with filtering settings.

My website that includes Chronoform is in Japanese.
Due to security reasons, the To recipient I want my form to send is set so that it would not receive any e-mails with English titles. So I've added a subject in Japanese (no alphabets included) in Setup Emails, but still would not work. However, when this setting is disabled, Chronoform works fine.

Does anybody know if this is fixable???

Thanks for any advice🙂

Hi, Max

Sorry for the complicated explanation.

This setting = to NOT allow any e-mails with English subjects.
To disable this setting = to allow e-mails with English subjects.

I was just wondering why the form mail is identified as one with English subject even if I set a subject in Japanese in Setup Emails.

Hi crimson,

do you get any other Joomla emails from this site with a Japanese subject fine ?

try to contact me through the contact us page and in the subject write a Japanese title only and let me see if I will get it or not!🙂

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by other Joomla emails... Do you mean email from Joomla related sites?
I'll try sending you a message with a Japanese title; let me know how it goes.

Thanks very much.
