Litlle Chronoforms bug

Hi,

if you have "Load Chronoforms files" set to no in the general tab then set it to yes, I think your form was created using teh wizard ?

if that didn't fix it then try to open the form in the wizard then save it again, this will fix something if you upgraded recently!

make sure your browser cache is clean before any changes!

Hi:

I was wondering if anybody could help me out.
I am trying to make changes to the form that I created, and I can see the changes in the appearance of the form on the website, but when I get results in the e-mail- the changes are not there.
I cleaned browser cache before any changes, I tried to rename a form with new changes. Does not help.

oh, and I am not really good with codes and stuff, so everytime I want to make any small change I have to make a new form from scratch.

Hi Lena11d,

It sounds as though you need to edit the Email Template as well. Formatting changes aren't carried through from the Form HTML to the Email template except when the form is created.

Thank you so much for your advice.
I just deleted that e-mail template that wizard generated after I first created the form, and let it generate the new template and it worked!
