tooltips problem

i am new to the forum and to the chronoforms
I am using the version V3.1_RC4.11 and I.E V6 (same issue with firefox) and i have a problem with the tooltips
[attachment=0]tooltip.JPG[/attachment]
I do not know if the problem has to do with the greek characters i am using
I would like your help please

I would also like to ask how can i align the text fields
I want the 2nd one to be exactly below the first one
As you can see from the img, the indention depends from the label length

I think you upgraded from RC4.11 to RC5 after creating your form in RC4/4.11 ?

try to edit your form in the wizard then save it, just don't make any changes, open it in the wizard then click save, this will reset somethings!

make sure that your site and browser cache before you do this, clearing the cache only may fix the problem but if it didn't work then try the idea above!

i've cleared the cache of the I.E but nothing happened.
So now you suggest to upgrade to the newest version?
The only thing that i have to do is to install the last version or to unistall the previous one first?
There is any specific procedure that i have to follow?
The upgrade will solve the problem with the alignment of the text fields, as well?

Please check that you have "Load Chronoforms CSS/JS Files?" set to 'Yes' on your form General Tab. Having that set to 'No' could cause both these problems.
