What i want is that the form of the name is not displayed in the webpage where it will be shown. Normally the form name is displayed on top of the fields.
Is it possible that only the fields are displayed and not the name? I tried removing the name by intervening in the form code, nonetheless a message appeared asking me for a name.

A ChronoForms form must have a name. But nothing in ChronoForms displays it on the page. Perhaps this is an option in the Menu item you are using to link to it? Check under Parameters (System) for the menu item.
