okay, i started to play with the wizzard, can i make a contract with spaces to fill in for prices etc in the wizzard, the space to enter text is small and i have a paragraph then in it are spaces for the customer to fill in.

wish to purchase_____________ gallons of heating oil at the fixed price of $___________________ per gallon for a total cost of $______________Payment is due in full with the signed contract and will be accepted by MOC only while supplies last.

Name___________ Date___________ Acct No_______________


Print both pages of this contract, it must be signed on both pages to be valid by the State of CT. The printed contract must be received by Madison Oil Company within 2 days of the electronic submission. Once Madison Oil Company receives both my payment and the signed contract they will approve it if gallons are still available at that price. 

Customer Signature this must be signed on printed copy.

Or will this need to be done in DW then imported in?

Hi Lisa,

This is two fiddly to do in the Wizard, I would probably set the fields up in the Wizard then edit the form html to get the layout to look more or less like this. The final version is probably best done with the Confirmation Page plugin after the form is submitted.
