Date Field validation not working =/

Hello there!

I'm trying to validate a date field... The field must be like dd/mm/YYYY

I've set the field to a Date thing and etc...

But it doesn't work... it don't accept anything!

Can someone help me how to do that?

If you use the ChronoForms date-picker than you can force the format uisng the data format field on the General tab.

But now i have a problem with the date picker!
Is possible to the user "Type" the data? Or is just picking in the calendar??

Because if the user want's to select a date in 1980 for a sample, will be very annoying going throught the calendar!
