Tooltips Problem

Good Morning,

I am having a bit of a problem with the tooltips on my chronocontacts install on one of my websites.

The tooltips show up as text underneath the "i" tooltip icon and it looks really messy.
The Url in question is http://www.andysmiff.co.uk/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&Itemid=134

It doesn't matter whether it the chronocontact module or menu item the result is the same.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Please turn on "Load Chronoforms CSS/JS Files?" in the form general tab.
