Lost ability

Perhaps by design.
But we seem to have lost the ability to alter the ordering of the day, month, year format in the datetime picker in the Wizard. Can it be altered in the code edit ??

I am going off my rocker with this.
The date format is set on the General section of form edit (not Wizard edit) and works as well as ever.
