I don't know if this is possible and i appologise if this has been asked before, but i have made a form and it works great sending info over email but is it also possible to send the form results to a forum? So that it looks like a forum post?

It is possible but not necessarily simple. IIRC someone posted a solution(?) for FireBoard some time last year and someone more recenty looked at PHPBB3(?) - but I don't think they posted a working version. The problem is making sure that you get *all* the correct database records updated to keep the forum integrity.
