problem with community builder

dandy84 13 Apr, 2009
Hi,
i have installed J! 1.5.9 and chronoforms V3.1 RC 4.11...i have a problem with cb plugin.

This is the error message:

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 SQL=INSERT INTO jos_comprofiler (id,user_id) VALUES ('82','82','');

82 is simply the new user id

But, the new user appear in the community builder user managment with all of the field correct, but dont receive the email for activation. And If the admin enable the new user all works well...But i have the option that the new user must confirm by mail the registration!

Help me please!:D

Hi dandy,

did you set "user email" to "yes" in the CB registration plugin ?

Cheers

the problem is this...in my case i think there is an error, the activation link doenst work for active cb profile! because the user after the click are enabled but remain unapproved and unconfirmed in cb administration page...i dont know why...

this is the procedure:

1- user compile the form
2- arrive an email with activation link
3- when the user click on activation link arrive appaer on the website that is all ok
4- if the user try to login, appear the message the procedure it isn't finished wait for another email
5- no mail arrive and is impossible for the user to login

When i check the registration in cb admin panel the result is:
activated yes
confirmed no
approved no

in joomla admin panel is all ok...

if for you is ok i'll send to you username and password for enter as super admin and check this problem.

Hi dandy, sorry but what I want to know is, does the new user appear as "enabled" in Joomla's users manager ?

check CB config, is there any setting for approve/confirm ?
