Hi Gabriela,

To have the form display in your website you will need to go to your menu manager and create a new menu item (be this to the main menu, top or anywhere else). When you go to add a new one you should now see chronoforms in the list as well as articles and so on.

Select chronoforms, and then you have the ability to input the name (as you saved it) of the form you wish to use. Publish it and voila😉

Dont forget though you will need to include items on the left, right etc if you manually assign these for things like notices etc.

Regards,

Tom.

Gabriela,

Is the form published? and enabled? (see attached imaged)

Also if you look at the "Name" and then look at the below image where it says "Form Name" are they both identical?

The form is published but not enable. How can I enable it? When you refer to the "name" and the "form name" , I know where to find the form name... where is the "name" you are refering to?
Thanks again...

Hi Gabriela,

The name is on the left hand side (if you look at the first image above on the left you will see a column called "Name").

First of all click on the second tab called "Setup Emails". The square box should be green if you have enough valid data in here. Click on the green area and look at the properties box on the right hand side. The 3rd option down is called "Enable", this should be set to "Yes".

Once you have done this go back to the first tab, and the second option down is called "Email the results ?", make sure you change the option for this to "Yes" also. Then save the form and it should then be up and running for you.

Regards,

Tom.

Thanks for all your help. I started from step no.1. It is know enable, but I am still getting the same link line and nothing else. I create a menu with chronoform. Ithen created a module with a menu and I choose on this menu. At the end, I'm still getting the same linked "joomla professional work"
I am sorry...
I would realy love for this to work.
Thanks again.

Gabriela,

In that image above, next to the "Name" colum there is a link. Copy and paste this into your address bar AFTER your domain name.

So leave the http://www.domain.com/
Then add that link behind it so it becomes

http://www.domain.com/index.php.....etc

If you do this and click go, do you see the form then ?

Regards,

Tom.

Hi Gabriela,

first of all, whats your Chronoforms version installed ?

do you have a form created in the "forms manager" ? how did you create it ? through the wizard ?

in the forms manager, there is a link beside the form, click it and it should open the form, what happens when you click it ?

Wow you guys are awesome, answering even easy questions with patient. I am posting my question here because it seems like it's pretty related to this topic. I am also very new to Joomla and Crone. Basically I figured out how to create a link to my form that is created by Crone but i couldn't figure out how to display it in an existing page that is already created and has some content in it. If this question is not clear enough please let me know.
Thank you!
