Form Wizard - cant get properties controls

Using Joomla 1.5.9 Chronoforms 3.1, IE7 or Firefox 3.0.8

Cannot access the properties dropdown in the Form Wizard, nor the toolbox dropdown (although the tools are visible)

Read previous posts about clearing browser cache etc but with no luck :?

Anyone any suggestions?

I can't understand what you mean by can't access them but they are visible, do you have a screenshot for me ? try to use a different browser and let me know ?
