installed Chronoforms Mambot NOW Captcha not working..

vjkevlar 09 Apr, 2009
I installed ChronoForms a day ago and got everything to work fine. I decided I will want to add the Form to my contact page Article so I DL and installed the MAMBOT Plugin. I got it to load the article WITH FORM fine however when i enable the Captcha for the form, the CAPTCHA does not work. In the actual form the Captcha area appears as a Entry field box....

in the Form management area, I select the form and then click on " ReCaptcha verification"
and I get the following error

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'self' in /homepages/.../administrator/components/com_chronocontact/helpers/plugin.php on line 101
Configure ReCaptcha plugin

Please note, the Recaptcha worked perfectly using the regular Chronoforms without the Mambot. I have not tried it since trying the plugin. Ill do so and report back...

Thanks for the nice piece, and any help!

Hi vjkevlar,

Sorry, the Mambot and Plugin haven't yet caught up with the code changes in the latest releases of ChronoForms :-(

I know that Max has this on his to-do list and aill update as soon as he practically can.

Hi sameer,

There was a bug in the latest chrono_verification.php file, Max has posted a fixed version in a couple of threads here.

Hmmm....deleted the file and re-uploaded it and all is well. Something must have gone awry in the first upload of the corrected file.

Thanks for quick reply fellas....

Has anyone actually fixed this on their site? I check the last posts site and it appears as they are still having the same issue.

Thanks again.
