help regarding captca verification message

Hello admin,
I am trying to use the chronoform for a request a quote module which works fine but the issue is the captca error message.

when someone put wrong captca code in the form and then try to submit the form , it gives the error message for wrong captca code and afterwards when some enters correct code and submit the form the form gets submitted but the error message doesnt goes.

let me know what is the issue.attached herewith its the backup of form

the version of chronoform is 3.0 stable.(release date 17 /9 2008)

Please upgrade to V3.1 RC4 then let me know because there is another step for a full fix!
