Simlple tutorial?

i'm realy new in this component, so i need some help🙂.
I made a contact form with chrono forms similar to this
But i want to ask, how to make this form funcioning and sending the datas to my email.
I don't know how to configure the email (setup email) so the form can sand me the informations .? 😢
