Radio Button data

I am sorry I have to post this. I have been through the posts trying to get radio buttons to display either/or and I am not getting it.
I have several sets of radio buttons for yes or no, male or female type questions and I keep getting outputs of both options. I have reset my templates after each version or attempt.
My latest code is

  <th colspan="2"><div align="left">Is the deceased Male or Female?</div></th>
  </tr>
<tr>

  <td><input value="Male" class="radio validate-one-required" id="radio0" name="radio0" type="radio"><label for="radio0" class="radio_label">Male</label><br><input value="Female" class="radio" id="radio0" name="radio0" type="radio"><label for="Female0" class="radio_label">Female</label> 
</td>
</tr>

And the template emails me

MaleMale
MaleFemale

I apologize that I need someone to spell this out for me even after reading the posts that address this issue.
Can someone please help?

There's a little buglet in the automatic email template code; you need to find the block where the results are being displayed and put in Gender: {radio0}
