I am using Chronoforms 3.1 Beta. I was able to install and create a form without a problem, and when I tested it, the Debug engine said it was sent, but no email was sent.
Uninstalled 3.1 Beta, reinstalled 3.0 stable, recreated the form, verified email configuration -- but no change. Debug said it passed.
Server is configured using Sendmail.
Please help!😢
This is a production issue!!

Hi wcsconcierge,
may be there is a problem with the TO or from emails, or it goes to your junk folder, please search the forums for this issue because there are too many possible reasons but look at the 2 I just said!
Cheers

I looked at my other website that uses Chronoforms, and saw that the server was configured to PHP Mail Functions. Changed that. Also found my email agent was flagging the emails as spam, so I did need to add a rule to view it in my main mailbox. Now I just need to convert the other form. Thanks.
glad you fixed it!

I;ve got the same problem - just not getting emails. my server is already configured to php mail function and i've checked spam
debug says:
=====start==========
* Form passed first SPAM check OK
* Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
* Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
* Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK
Home Calendar tournament submit
_POST: Array ( [text_0] => tt [text_1] => fff [ce3b5054d7ef8988f36683ffa39d83e2] => 1 )
========end===========
fwiw that the post_array line comes after the breadcrumb
can you help?
thanks

Hi Duncan,
It looks as though you don't have any emails enabled. Please get the Email tutorial from the Downloads area here and check through the main steps.
