checkbox not showing up?

In creating a multiple item checkbox list in the Wizard, the process allows me to add multiple checkbox items and save it. as saved, the list in the wizard view looks like:

[] item 1 name
[] item 2 name
[] item 3 name

after I save, I get a prompt to choose the title for the form and save it.

when I preview the form or return to edit it in the wizard view, only the first item shows up and the others have disappeared:

[] item 1 name

is there a common mistake made at this point that might help me get past this one?

Hi mikeohmike,

This is a known bug using ChronoForms with IE; until Max has a fix the workaround is to use another browser to create your forms.
