Ticklist style form

Hi

I am constructing a website for my school which I hope will include a facility that allows pupils to upload their work. There are a set number of tasks and pupils must complete each task and upload the work related to that task. What I want is to allow each user that logs into the joomla site to go to their own unique ticklist which looks similar to the example jpg attached. The users, apart from myself, must only be able to access their own ticklist.

The [x] next to each file allows the users to delete upload and each file must be downloadable for adjusting. Can Chrono be used for this, or will I require some unique programming. I am no expert, but if anyone has constructed something similar or would be willing to construct this I would please contact me.

It's certainly possible and more tedious than difficult.

I suggest that you create a mini-version (just one task) as a pilot.
