I saw someone else had this error, but I didn't see any resolution to it.
I just downloaded the newest (v3.1) release of chronoforms.
I created a new form exactly as per the how-to PDF, clicked "save form", and named it "test".
Then I published it, and clicked the link to visit the form - all I get is the "joomla professional work" tagline at the top of the page.
Any thoughts?

I've also attached a printscreen of the Form Code area in the admin. I don't know what it's *supposed* to look like, but it appears to be empty.
I've tried creating 3 forms now, and it seems to just obliterate all of them.
