I would like to create/customise an automatice reply to a complete form. I am using Joomla 1.5.7 and I have Chronoforms v3 also I am sure I have gotten the forms wrong somewhere as they are all arriving at the correct inbox however they are all showing with a blank From category?

I'm not sure I can understand your question but do you mean that the from address of the email is empty ?

Hya Max, All of my emails are getting through to their intended destination however they are all showing the from box as empty i.e I can not tell who sent the email. I know who is sending them as this info is in the email but it does not show when you look at the email before you open it. As this is the case all of the emails are treated as spam.............

Just had a quick erad and it is the dynamicfrom and dynamicname that was causing the problem.

I'm confused now - Dynamic From Name and Dynamic From Email do work - at least they do for me.

I recommend strongly and frequently that they are not used but that's something different.

You need to add a valid field-name in the boxes with no quotes or brackets.

I have just tried that, I used text_2 and text_3 etc and it worked PERFECTLY!!!!

I have asked this is another posting but is there a manual other then your fine tutorials I can download? Or can you recommend a book?
