Results in a blank page or scrollbar

Hello everyone!!.
I have a form with many columns, so when I print the results they looks to bad. So, what could i do to show the results in a blank page with no menus at the sides or make a scrollbar to show the results.

Hi,

in the URL to the page , replace index.php with index2.php
