stupid question...

So i'm pretty new to Joomla and Chronocomments, but I feel like I should have been able to figure this out... Where is the parameters for configuring the component?

I've tried clicking on components > ChronoComments but then I don't see Parameters anywhere... what am i missing??

I still have to hunt . . . in Joomla 1.5 the component parameters are accessed though this toolbar icon.
