Excuse me but I did not understand very well or maybe I was wrong I explained:

I don't understand completly. Do you want to send two emails. One to the new member saying 'thank you'; and the other to you with the member's information?

If so set up two emails in the SetUp Emails tab, one with a 'Dynamic To'. Then edit the email templates to include the information for each email.

I think that your message lost the last few words.

Here is an example of two emails. The second has a 'Dymanic To' where you can put the name of the email filed from your form. There are also two templates. The first will give you the form results, the second will send a 'Thank you' email back to the member.
