Form not working!! Internal Server Error

I built the whole form in the wizard and haven't changed anything it defaults to. But anytime someone submits the form you get this error

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

which chronoforms version is this ? you don't have any emails enabled or any DB connections ?

I have emails enabled. I am using the most recent stable version. Just downloaded it at the beginning of the week.

try to backup your form and attach here so I can test it!

it works fine here, try to remove your "on submit after email" code block and make the email template more simple, just a line of text for testing...
