what is the "create table" button for?

my client just wants to receive the information in an email

The create table button creates a database table to save form data. If your client is happy with e-mails then you can ignore it (along with the 'AutoGenerate' tab and the 'Show Data' button which are all use for database storage.

Hello There,

The create table method will create a table with uniform columns and rows, you can still customize your table after it‘s inserted by right-clicking on the table handle and using the options on the shortcut menu to make changes.
