Installation Error

Hello Folks

I'm having trouble installing Chronoforms in Joomla 1.5

Getting this error:

* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Component Install: Failed to create directory.: "/var/virtual/web/w1376/html/components/com_chronocontact"

Any ideas what I need to do to get past this error and install it properly?

Might be permission error,
try allowing eveyone into the folders.

Please see this thread where you'll find several suggestions. This is almost certainly a file permissions problem that will depend on exactly how your site is set up and which system users (not Joomla users) have access to which folders. Your ISP should be able to help.

I found that a couple of the directories were not writeable.
