Hi

In your Demo Contact Form, Email action doesn't work if {data:email) = email@domain.com.

Is it normal?

Hi Colnem

So it works if the {data:email} is something different like admin@domain.com or your-name@gmail.com ?

if yes then this is most probably a mail server issue controlling the recipients

OR

Your email has from email = email@domain.com OR Reply Email which is not accepted by the mail server

Try to clear any BCC, CC, Reply and From data and test the possible recipients
