All of a sudden we are getting an error.

Not sure why this is happening now. We have been fine using this for a while now.

This error message means the file could not be moved to the target location, usually a permissions or wrong file path, if you did not change the file path recently then check if permissions has changed ? try to upload a different file with a different name ?
