Is there an api to use to insert/send emails through chronomail? I’d like to create the email outside of chronomails but use the other features for tracking purposes.
Any email sent on the system will be logged, you need to check the status of emails sent, correct ?
When you say “in the system” you mean any joints or chronforms email or just ones sent through chronomails?
I’d like to create emails in chronoforms. But drop it in the chronomails queue for chronomails to process and send.
When ChronoForms sends an email, it will be logged in ChronoMails, there is no "queue"
If you want the ChronoMails Layout to be included then you need to add com_chronoforms8 to the Extensions list in the Layout settings:

Is there a way to create/manage lists from chronoforms? IE I create a user in chronoforms(in the frontend), can a corresponding list be created when user is created? In addition, is there any front end management for chrononmails? IE subscriptions (by admin or subscriber?)
Do you mean subscribing a user to a list through ChronoForms ? or creating new mailing list through ChronoForms ?
