I have installed CF8 with a view to seeing if the time is right to migrate all my forms from CF7 to CF8.
I have started with the simplest form I have and the restore of a CF7 backup into CF8 is a great help for the migration but there is still a fair bit of work to get it all running again.
One thing I cannot work out is how to make fields read only. On CF7 there was a "read only" advanced setting option on most fields, but I cannot find it in CF8. Does it exist or do you have to write some javascript to make fields read only?
