Form not found - Chronoforms8 module is not showing the form

How to fix a CF module showing "Form not found" instead of the form.

Overview

The issue occurs when the form is not enabled in the CF application.
Navigate to the CF application, locate your form, and ensure the "Enable" column is set to active for the form.

Le formulaire est créé, la prévisualisation fonctionne, il fonctionne donc mais lorsque je veux l'installer dans un module du site le titre du module s'affiche bien mais le formulaire ne s'affiche pas et renvoie le message "Form not found."
