CF8 - Button + Link

Remove unwanted question marks from ChronoForms button links.

Overview

The issue occurred because a question mark was automatically appended to button links even when no parameters were present.
Apply the provided fix to the ChronoForms code to prevent the question mark from being added unnecessarily.

My anchor doesn't work like that!

what's the point of that? just do it? please only if parameters are actually entered!

A ? is appended to the link! Even if no options are entered!
