How to restrict ChronoForms debug visibility to a specific IP address.

Overview

The debug information is currently visible to all users, which can pose a security risk.
Add a custom setting to the form configuration to limit debug output visibility to only your specified IP address.

I can add a setting for that, but I think it would be better to add a "view level" for the debug
