Link does not work!

Hi I'm completely new to this. Just installed v3b2 with Joomla v1.56. Created the form and under forms management when I click on the link it opens up a new window showing the error below rather than displaying the form itself? Help!

please backup your form at the forms management area, uninstall B2 and install the new stable V3.0, let me know how this works.
