I have a form which has fields like e-mail address and message.
In the setup I made them required, but I can send the form when they are empty?
I als don't see the red astrix (*).

I'm not very familiair with Joomla.
Go to your form in the frontend and hit F12 in your keyboard and the go to the Console tab
Your form is hidden at the moment but i can see some Google Maps errors "Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined" might have something to do with it.
Try to load your form in an empty page and test again if it works, and also check there the console for errors.
