More calendar field bugs: I can only access months with 31 days

Hi-

Please note, all this testing occurred on May 31, 2024, which seems to have affected the results.

Previous/Next on Day popup; Start mode: Day; Selection Type: Date

1. Once the Day popup comes up, I click on the previous icon and nothing happens.
2. I click on the next icon, and the popup jumps to July, then August, October, December, January, March, etc.
3. If I end up on a month where the previous month also has 31 days, when I click on the previous icon I can get to the previous month, otherwise nothing happens.

Final result: I can only get to months with 31 days.

Day popup->Year popup; Start mode: Day; Selection Type: Date

Scenario 1:

1. I open the Year/Month popup from the Day Popup and the current year and both May and April are highlighted.
2. I click on a month with 28, 29, or 30 days; the Year/Month popup closes without being able to choose a day and the 3rd, 2nd, or 1st day respectively of the following month is shown in the calendar field.
3. I click on the calendar field again, and the month shown in the field comes up, but all the days are disabled. If any of the days of the previous month, which is the month I originally chose, are on the calendar, they are enabled.
4. I choose one of the days in the month I want (but not the day I want) in hopes of being able to access that month, and the Day popup closes with the month, day, and year chosen .
5. I click on the calendar field again to change the day to the day I want, and I still get the following month with only the few days of the desired month showing as before.
6. I click on the previous icon, and the same behavior described above occurs and all the days of the months shown are enabled.

Scenario 2:

1. I click on a month with 31 days, the Year/Month popup closes without being able to choose a day and the date shown in the field is the 31st day of the month I chose. 
2. I click on the calendar field again, and the Day popup with the correct month and year display with all the days enabled. I am able to successfully choose a day in that month.

Final result: I can only choose a day in a month with 31 days, and that is only if I click on the calendar field twice and use the Year/Month popup accessed from the Day popup.
