Form reloads form on submit does not submit

Been a while since I've used Chrono, congratulations on the massive improvements and expansion of the component.

I am working on a form and cannot for the life of me get it to submit.

I at first thought it was the file upload field causing the issue but when I deleted it the form still does not submit.

It is probably something glaringly obvious but darned if I can find it.

Could you please take a look and give me a hand?

That solved one issue, the other issue (the file upload field) was still there so like a true ~cough~ engineer I deleted and recreated it and now everything works.
