backend access

I'm using Chronoforms 8 on Joomla 4.4.2 . I want to enable backed access to non-administrator account to enable them to create Chronoforms. However, under 'components' in Joomla permissions, Chronoforms is not listed. Thus I cannot alter its permissions. On my admin account Chronoforms works fine. How do enable form-creating access to a non-administrator user group?
