Datepicker bugs

The datepicker displays the date in the database in this format: March 16, 2028 10:00 AM.
In the database, the date is stored as 0000-00-00. I set the calendar to: YYYY-MM-DD and translation in Italian.
But the datepicker keeps showing me the format: March 16, 2028 10:00 AM.

you mean it's showing this format (March 16, 2028 10:00 AM) "on the form" or "in the database" ?

I want to display the date in the YYYY-MM-DD format on the editing tab, just as it is in the database (0000-00-00). But the datepicker shows DATETIME instead of DATE with hours and minutes in the format YYYY-DD-MM HH:mm:ss.
